  • I am a former school senior leader who has taught first aid for many years.

    I understand how difficult the logistics of organising cover are to get staff out on courses and I offer flexible solutions to make that as painless as possible.

    I am a local business. When you book with me, I take your booking and deliver your training. I am reliable and have never had to cancel a course. There are no unreliable freelance instructors working for a national business round here!

  • My training can be delivered in many ways in order to make it as convenient for you:

    • Weekend and evening sessions

    • During a normal working day

    • Split courses (e.g. 6 hours split across 2 evenings)

    • Blended courses (50% of the learning is done online prior to the face to face course making that bit shorter)

    • Combined courses (e.g. you can do Emergency First Aid with Paediatric First Aid in the time it takes to do just Paediatric First Aid!)

  • If you are taking a course through work then there are likely to be specific courses you need to complete to be compliant. If you get in touch I can advise you more specifically.

  • There must be at least one member of staff on site or on any trips at all times who has full paediatric first aid training (12 hours) if you have a reception year group. You must consider break times, sickness etc.

    The gold standard is that anyone working with children 5 and under has full paediatric first aid.

  • I am a registered with FAIB (First Aid Industry Body) who oversees my quality assurance and is who I issue my certificates through.

  • We offer flexible pricing based on project type and complexity. After an initial conversation, we’ll provide a transparent quote with no hidden costs.

    Some courses can be booked directly on the website for a fixed fee.

  • The venue for the training is dependent on your booking. I come to your workplace if you are a school, nursery or business that has booked a group training. I come to your home if you are a parent wanting to a bespoke first aid class. I also offer courses in local community venues around Gloucestershire that you can book onto.

  • I have a range of manikins in different skin tones including child, infant, adult and female manikins. Many of the manikins have in built lights that give you feedback on your compressions to let you know if you are going too fast or too slow.

    I have a range of other practical equipment including a choking vest that you can practice abdominal thrusts on safely, EpiPen trainers, AED trainers and all the usual bandages and consumables you would find in a first aid kit.

  • For most certified courses, the maximum number of participants is 12. For certain courses, such as the allergy awareness courses, there are no restrictions on number of participants.
